This was delightful. I’m dying. That miniature of him is one of my favs. I recently did a deep dive into Dudley and Devereaux for Reasons and this was more entertaining even than I imagine that Bette Davis film would be (have you seen it!?)
Very much remember Bananas in Pyjamas for the acid trip of a kids TV show it most certainly was! Rather love it being equated to a murderous Elizabethan philanderer. Fabulous, as always 😍

Hahahaha we had a VHS of it when I was little! I have no clue how it found its way stateside but that song has now haunted me for 30 years.
