Elizabeth might well be my favourite dirtbag to date. I loved this! Also, nothing has made me want to read your book more than this little description:
“ inspired by fairy tales but that defies the fairy-tale expectation of an easy victory, looking at the mess and disappointment and hope that carries through from past to present.”
Happy book birthday! A Tip for the Hangman was a delight—and can I just say the ending, those last few paragraphs, was so pitch perfect that I sighed and sat there for a minute staring at the page—so obviously I’m looking forward to reading book 2.
